Hi,
I have a curve profile and a curve path for a concrete parking curb. The corners of the curb are tapering. I would like them to be square/ 90 degree turns. Any way I can achieve this. I am not sure why they are not square.

go and make it square
Well, yeah. I was looking for the lazy option.
Yeah, 2D curves have a perfectly even thickness and don’t taper.
The only problem with that, in my case, is that it flattens out the curve. My site model has a lot of slope and I need to retain it. I fixed the corners manually.
3D curves with even thickness would be a nice feature request on right-click select. We need them.
Hi there,
I am involved in addressing this issue in Blender (for now in Geometry Nodes only as of v3.5). This is still in development but closing in on a solution and that’d be great if you could provide some feedback here: Blender Devtalk / Curve to Mesh - Even Thickness
Thanks in advance!
