Bevel snaping

Is there a way to desactivate bevel segments snaping points but keeping the bevel visible ?

No, where should the snap go if not to the bevel, the original edge does not exists after the bevel anymore.

You can try snap to edge with addition snap points (a) and snap to the middle of the bevel.

I was thinking, maybe I can keep my bevel modifier visible but desactivate the segments snaping, so I could use the geometry point to snap another object.

You could temp. deacivate the bevel and snap to the source edge but then the snap will not be on an edge or surface, it will be above/inside the convex/concav bevel when you activate the bevel / render it.
