BGE app doesn't work properly with eye-tracking screen recorder

It is my master thesis project where i want to investigate the gaze fixations with Tobi eyetracker

i created everything in Blender and it works perfect but as soon as i turn on the screen recorder of the eye tracker Tobii Studio- it performs horrible, sensitivity increases 10 time and you can’t walk in the 3d environment
Simple screenrecorder works great with the game, but i must use the screenrecorder of the eye-tracker so that to see areas of interest (gaze fixation frequency)

Have you been able to solve it?

From your Video I saw, that you are scaling your application after starting it.
Like:
1.) Your Program starts in 600x400 or so
2.) You scale it up to fullscreen
3.) Things start getting crazy
Maybe the upscaling messes up your look-around implementation or so.

Other than that: Would you share some details on your Eye Tracker implementation?
