Very nice! It reminds me of the Dinosaurs TV show.
What was your workflow like for the croc? Sculpt medium to large forms > quad remesh addon > sculpt details with multires modifier using layer brush with persistent base?

yes, pretty much nailed it down and i rendered the mutires, becuase i was too lacy to bake out textures
