For the grass I wanted to try G-scatter , but later I decided to place all grass manually to have more control over the final look. But his grass assets is amazing.
Most of the work done in blender, even 80% of sculpting in blender, zbrush used for pore detailing, Substance painter for texturing .
You must be proud of this. I would suggest making image 2, 3 or 4 first in your post because they are better and for the feature thumbnail (maybe wanted the bird). The green hair is awesome.
Only thing I think is the lighting could go from a 7 to a 10, because everything else is at a 9 or 10 (to show more of the shape and cavities and light the super dark places). For the lighting, maybe start at 5 seconds into the last video where you are getting that good light across the back, and then add a front light to show the front. I would also suggest a little more irregularity and kinks in the staff and the horns b/c they seem like perfect CG straight and curved, respectively.
