Does anyone have any idea why I have these strange black spots?

Hi there, since it´s working fine in Material Preview Mode with the hdri, I´m guessing you are only using the point light and no hdri in your Rendered Mode? If so, than maybe adjusting the position of the point light further in to the cave and/or increasing the radius and strength of the light. Or also adding a different hdri and trying to adjust the Z-Rotation so it fits the mood of your cave. Another thought was that the normals might be flipped, although it seems fine in the second screenshot but maybe check those to be sure. And from what I see in the Node Editor – try adding a Normal Map Node in between the Image Texture and Normal Input.
