Sometimes “recalculate normals” doesn’t work and you need flip the normals manually.
Please enable face orientation mode to see if the normals are realy ok. (see the pics)
If you see red faces the normals are inverted.
And it’s appeared after a Boolean with two object, I’ve noticed that when I turn on the “Dyntopo” it disappears but when I turn it off, the black come back…
This black color remenber me vertex colors or display color in the material mode visualisation. We need verify this, and if you can please send the file here so I can inspect and search a solution.
Some things in Blender have bugs, and when modifiers are applied sometimes mess the normals. I remember this problem but not the solution, various things can cause this problem and bugs in Blender is not discarded.
It was vertex colors- by remeshing, you removed the vertex colors (as you didn’t check the Color Attributes preservation box). Just for future reference
