Black surfaces during backing

Hello,
I’m following a tutorial and baking a model in substance painter. It bakes with a couple black surfaces. Baking and so on is totally new to me, so I have no idea what is happening. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Have you smoothed your object? If so, try to turn on the Auto Smooth in normal options

The second thing you could try to do is recalculate the normals. For this, select your object, go to edit mode by pressing TAB, press A to select all of it’s faces, then press SHIFT+N, the little tab would be appear in left bottom, click on it and check “inside” option

recalculating the inside flips the normals. I guess that is not ideal for baking?
