Blackberry Wallpaper

It is amazing how many of my posts seem to best put in this thread lol :smiley:

Anyways I posted an attachment of what I am talking about. There is like a cover of particle type things in this wallpaper and I was thinking how cool it would be to reproduce this. Does anyone know how something like this could be done.

I was thinking the compositor would play into this. At first I was thinking to use a shape and then placing an array modifier on it. Then using the compositor to make the shapes glow. But I figured that with the waves in the shape that would not be best.
