I imagine a majority of us are still accustomed to the old Blender interface - like me. Is there any book or site that shows where the old correspondence with the new?
Blendercookie.com has a lot of good UI introduction tutorials. Though I’ve found that if you are familiar with blender then simply attempting a new project in 2.5 is enough to learn the new interface.
By the time you finish the project you won’t ever want to go back to that old UI.
