Blender 2.49a Packed Collection (Windows)

You know what would be cool?

If blender a official central script repository on the internet which could be accessed directly in blender.
Kind of like apt-get on debian or ubuntu, or emerge on gentoo.

You simply select which scripts you want installed, and they get automatically installed for you. Also, everytime you start blender, a quick check is performed to see if there are any updated versions of your installed scripts in the repository.

I have updated the patch with the latest fix, so everybody should be able to build current Kai’s Blender for their platform.

All-in-one Patch: 090707.zip

hi Kai,
Thanks.
Also I ran a test on Linux.
All the goodies apart from the Plugins & are easily transferable between platforms.
I downloaded the Linux 64bit version fron Blender.org,
ran Blender from the Linux Desktop.
The only things I could not get to work were the Iconsets.

OS X anybody ?

hi,
Linux 32bit & 64bit should not be far away.
I’m still looking for OSX builders.

Anyone?

Is there A version for Macs?
