im in the scripts window nothing is showing, cant export, import, run wizards nothing is howing, i was following a turtorials for a tree and the wizard is missing, on the file button, import and export options are missing, what going on?

You have to tell blender where the scripts are. Set the python pcripts path in the file paths tab of the user preferences to your scripts folder.

blender knows where they are but there are no scripts, like blender download didnt include any.
