Hello I am using blender 2.62. for some reason my world panel is gone. this means that I cannot change the world color. I have tried reloading factory settings and reinstalling blender. Thank you.
Okay, maybe try deleting the current world with the X and hitting the + to add a new one, see if your panel comes back.
