New Windows 7 64bit install and Blender 64bit won’t launch. Not getting an error message.

There is no antivirus installed that would be interfering.
As mentioned earlier, this is a new Windows 7 64bit install on a brand new PC. All hardware was just bought a few days ago.
Also tried installing Blender 2.75 64bit, and still not launching.
Update your graphics card drivers (manufacturers website) since for a new machine they are most likely way out of date
If you are using the blender installer, try downloading the zip file.
Try downloading from a different server
Ensure you have installed the Visual C++ packagehttp://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
Hi, artists. The same problem with Blender 2.76: “Console flashes on launching, then closes” . And I use Linux 14.04. I’m going to try to update my Nvidia drivers and see what happen. Regards.
