Blender 2.8 Grease Pencil Layer Opacity doesn't work. Bug?

Hi. I’ve decided to try Blender 2.8 - look through tutorials etc.

And the thing is - I’ve tried Grease Pencil. And layer opacity just doesn’t work. I can hide and lock layers just fine, but no matter what I do with opacity slider there is no effect at all - layer is shown fully opaque.

Just found the problem - I had wireframe view selected and didn’t noticed that. In shaded and material view everything works. My bad.

Hi I just downloaded blender and am facing the same issue. How did you change the view?
