Blender 2.8 Weight Paint Brush Settings?

I could not find brush settings (subtract, add, strength, etc.) at Blender 2.8 there is a line strip on some videos but it does not appear in the latest version I would be glad if anyone could help

By the way, in 2.79 there was a way to select weight by clicking on bone with ctrl. Is it available in 2.8?
