hi, in blender main download page is still version July 30. is somewhere newer version with bug fixes etc.? Or how it works?

Or you can go to graphicall and get experimental branches such as the new node based particles branch or mantaflow and things like that:

The latest build (windows) is from 5pm today (sep. 9th). Here you can see all the commits and here you can read the much more interesting weekly meeting notes.
