[BLENDER 2.91.0]: Mesh gets deformed after using automatic weight paints

Mesh used: Blenda from Royal Skies LLC (<3)
I’ve been learning how to metarig but it seems like whenever I get to do automatic weight painting (Ctrl + P > With automatic weights), the mesh gets deformed (In fact, Blender always tear the face of character up) and so far I’ve not found any solution to it. I hope that you’ll help me with this. Thank you so much.
