It seems that latest version of blender does not have that function anymore. Is there a way to load all of the settings in the newest one or it has to be done manually?
Blender 3.1 is still alpha, so things can break and disappear at any time…

It should ask you the first time you open 3.1 if you want to load 3.0 settings. Deleting the 3.1 setting folder should give you this question again.

It is not asking for loading. I don’t have 3.0 folder. That might be the problem tho.
