Blender 4.2.4. Rigify: Forearm twist bone

Blender 4.2.4. In Rigify, how can I add a forearm twist bone as a leaf bone of the elbow?

  1. Below is an example from UE5. Normally there is a forearm twist bone that is a leaf bone of the elbow bone.
  2. The forearm twist bone is not connected to the hand bone, it is a leave bone of the elbow. The hand is a child of the elbow.

  1. I cannot use Armature > Subdivide because it connects the forearm subdivided bone to the hand.
  2. Extruding a bone doesn’t work, because the extruded bone is not aligned with the forearm bone.
  3. Editing the Arm in any way, seems to break the “Generate Rig” operation.

Question: In Rigify, is there a way to create a forearm leaf bone of the elbow to create a forearm twist bone?
