Blender 4 to UE5

Has anyone successfully set up a UE5 Control Rig with Blender 4 Rigify bones?
Game Rig Tools are still being developed for Blender 4 to UE5. I hope the tools are released soon.

In FK mode, the bones work fine. The bone issues appear when IK is set up.

It is possible there needs to be a unique UE5 Control Rig set up for Blender 4 in UE5, but the Maya method of setting up an FBX character with a UE5 Control Rig does not seem to work for Blender 4 Rigify bones.

The FK set up in UE5 works well. This is before the IK setup.

Setting up IK on the toe, Ik on the ball, and Ik on heel.
In UE5. the Rigify bones seems to scale and flip when I set up the IK.
