I have download a addon for the Blender 2.82 a addon so i should be able to create an asset, i been going to preference, to Addon select install, then find the file Blender for unreal engine addon, i select it then selet install addon takes me back to addon page and nothing there not working, i get the same with Blam and Fspy as well, i dont know why.
Are you selecting the zip file without extracting it first(which should be correct) or trying to extract it to somewhere before installing from blender?
Also are you sure you are downloading the correct version?.
