about 3 years, but iv been using other 3d software for a few years before blender

i found blender 2.44 on a disc some 2 year ago…:yes:
and WOW found a cube and played with it for about 2 months:spin:
at some time heard that blender can make 3D games and again WOW
did some googling and learned the basics from online documentations…and finally became a serious artist.

Just under 4 years, started in the fall of 06. Introduced to it by a classmate in college. Was using Maya for my 3d modeling course and he convinced me to try out Blender. Havn’t looked back since.
