Just wanted to share this little discovery I only just made (after years of browsing through BA):
Like in Google services and Twitter, you can use the ‘J’ and ‘K’ keys to advance or go back a post in a discussion. It’s a convenient alternative to scrolling or using the Page Down / Page Up keys.

On the subject of BA tricks, I finally nailed a mystery that had been alluding me for the last year on mobile. Every now and then, I’d be scrolling the list of threads when a little box would appear off to the right, with two buttons/dates.
Turns out if you click the post count for a thread, you’ll get a link and date to the first/last post for quick access.
