I downloaded Blender for win7 64bit.
Unfortunately when I start it there’s just a gray screen and after a while it stops responding.
I haven’t got a clue what’s wrong and I can’t see a log anywhere.
I would guess something with OpenGL maybe but that’s just a hunch.
Do you have any hint on where to start looking? I really want this program to work.
Hi, you have to start blender from command line (CMD) to get some info or error messages.
Blender has problems with older onboard intel graphic chips for example i965, i945 on windows, then you have a problem
There are not supported from blender. No problems on linux.

If u had the previous version of Blender installed, try uninstall it and install the latest again.
