Where can I submit a bug report regarding Blender crashing when opening a folder containing .mp4 files? My workaround is to batch-convert .mp4 files to .webm.

I went into Blender in GitHub and as far as I’ve looked, there’s no “Issues” tab.
Well, it’s been a while since I have not been in the forum since 2010 (!). Previously, this forum used to be in vBulletin but now it’s in Discourse.
Update as of 6:41 PM EDT:
I wasted my time converting from .mp4 files to .webm files and Blender also crashed as well. I think it mostly has to do with color space conversion when Blender is trying to preview all the video files I have in a folder. Once I switch to a vertical list, the crash does not happen.

Please find attached a text file containing a crash. Both .mp4 files and .webm files cause Blender to crash.

Use Blender 2.79. If anyone is using Arch Linux, download and install blender-2.7-bin from AUR. The latest version at the time of writing is 2.79.190729.e045fe53f1b0-2.
