Blender error

Hey guys, what’s up?
I’m pretty new here so please forgive me for any mistakes I’ve made in making this post/thread.

I’ve been following a blender “tutor” from youtube (ward7299) and I’ve gotten to the texture painting portion from his tutorial series. My problem is that when he saves his texture files, mine doesn’t and instead displays this error:

I apologize if this is just a minor problem and I’ve just wasted your time XD
I’m still a noob with blender :stuck_out_tongue:

It seems the image format you choose does not support an alpha channel. PNG supports alpha.
