Followed a tutorial by Blender Made Easy. What could I have done differently? I am a novice ‘Blenderer’ and am looking to extend my knowledge of the platform. Damn… Texturing is hard.

I would highly recommend if you’re interested in Materials to check out Joakim’s course on Udemy.
He goes into a lot of detail about how nodes work and what you can do with them and it really elevated my work.

If you want to get a bit deeper after that then I would go to

Then If you still crave more I’d say to check out Gleb alexandrov and Cynicat pro. They are a step more advanced from beginner, but I think you can pick up a lot from them.
