Blender fbx-export problem

I’m having a problem when I’m exporting an animation from blender to fbx and then importing it to Unity. The problem is that I have three meshes, the body and the eyes(left and right), and in my animation everything works fine. But when I import it into Unity the eyes don’t work correctly. I’m guessing that this has something to do with the pivot of the eyes somehow being moved from the center of the eyes to the center of the imported file.

Does anyone know how to fix this so that the eyes function as they should?

If you are using an armature, add some bones to control eye rotation. I think that will solve the problem.

I have bones controlling the eye rotation, that is not the problem. The eyes are parented to to one bone each which in turn is parented to the head-bone.
