Blender file opens differently on different computers

I created a blender file on a Ubuntu laptop using Blender 2.83.4. I saved it to a usb drive and opened it on Ubuntu desktop with Blender 2.83.4. I have included a screenshot from both computers and the blend. How do I move it to another computer?

maybe you installed not all addons?

ah AND you said you use 2.83.4 but the second screenshot shows the version 2.83
