As I mentioned in the WIP thread, I made this vehicle in Blender for a UT2004 mod. It is now finished and in game. Here is the finished product in our current beta we are testing which uses real time reflections.

yes, I was wondering that as well. It looks pretty high.
16,000 polys:) We have previous vehicles up to 18,000 polys, but 6,000 is probably average.

No, that vehicle is part of an old UT mesh package called PrefabLab vehicles. They were added as decoration. The rest of the scene was modeled and textured by me.
Can you post the mod file so I can load it up in UT?
Just wondering, what type of file do you export your blender model to?
Way too large a file; I created a custom version with new colored skins for the vehicles, and no longer have the original. Google for PrefablabVol2.usx, make sure you get the texture package as well. Edit: Forgot to mention I exported to Maya’s stand alone .fbx file converter to get into Maya to rig the vehicle. The nornmals were messed up and it had extra vert’s, but other than that it exported well.
