Blender first models and pictures

Hello dear blender artists.
I’m a new blender user since a few weeks now. Working with 3d tools in my work and quite interested in objects, I’ve tried to make my first tests with two stools. The result is not perfect (modeling tricks and OA dirts), but it really motivate me to keep on going with blender, even in the professionnal side.
Anyway, all made with blender, mod and rendering, no post prod.

Please give me your feed backs…

They both look very nice! I get the sense that they are both slanting towards the left though, like the plane they’re on isn’t level. Maybe it’s the camera.

They do look good though, keep it up! Is the stool design your own?

Excellent job. They’re both very nice. The only thing is like H3X said; the camera’s slanted a bit. I’m assuming that you use other 3d programs though? These don’t look like the work of a noob.

Thanks for your messages SlightlyChaotic and H3X.
For the camera, you’re right. I didn’t see that first, but now I can say that it’s slightly tilted, and because I used the same scene for the two renders…:o

Is the stool design your own?
No SlightlyChaotic…just a bar stool that I found on the web.

I’m assuming that you use other 3d programs though?
Yep, I used to work with Rhinoceros, and Cinema 4d…but I really think that blender has a good level to be on a equivalent level.

Sorry guys, I just moved this thread here.
