Blender Fluid Simulation issue

Hi everyone, looking for some help with the Blender fluid simulator.

My animation involves cosmetic models, 1 of which contains a liquid. Can anyone tell me how to avoid the effect I am getting on the sides that are in contact with the obstacle? Basically I need them to be smooth.

This was baked at a resolution of 250 with 3 subdivisions.
