Blender Full Screen - No Console

I want to learn Python, but I can’t get the console open to debug. It opens in Fullscreen with no console. How do I get the console?

minimize the big blender window and you should find the console window behind it

If you’re using linux, open it from the command line. If you want it windowed, add the flag -w.
