Blender game asset creation workflow

I tried bunch of different tutorials but they usually modeling about simple objecs like containers, barrels or something like that. It would be great a game ready gun modeling with Blender/substance/marmoset toolbag workflow. (90 % of blender users at artstation using this workflow)

I followed along Darrin Lile’s game ready weapon tutorial, however he skips uv unwrapping section and he uses substance painter superficially.

Do you know any good tuts or can you give some advice on this workflow?
