Blender job for Real Estate

Hi,

I am looking for an artist who could create one floor 3D apartments using 3D floor plans and/or virtual tours as references.

The final level of poly should look like this:

WebVR Showroom

The delivery file would be used inside Unity/Unreal and should be exported in GLB.

Once approved as a supplier, this would be a long term project, for all the future apartments.

Does that include the furniture, lamps etc. or just the geometry of the room?

Same about the materials? Ist this strictly a modeling job?
