Blender making lightmap for ThreeJs. Need some help!

Hey guys, i got some problems generating lightmap for an archviz scene in ThreeJs.
So basically the problem is the lightmap i made is way too low contrast.
here is an example, this is how the light and shadow looks like in blender.


and here is the lightmap(notice the shadow way low contrast than the scene)

i am not sure if i did anything wrong? i am using an add-on called the lightmapper.

Isn’t the color management on the render different from any ‘raw’ texture rendering? I think the lightmap is correct in that sense and that the contrast in the render is a color management thing.

Any practical advice on how should i set it?

Not really. I haven’t used lightmaps in a long time.
