Blender, MayaVi texture problem

Hello,

I’m working with Blender for my scientific problems. To visualize my data i’m using MayaVi (Fig. 1) and than export final scene to the Blender (.x3d,.wrl). Unfortunately I have found that when I’m changing render engine from blender to cycles it looses all colors (Fig. 2). Is there any way to solve this problem?
