It works on both tutorials.
This tutorial is directed at illustrators and concept artists who would like to use Blender Octane plugin to create landscapes and environment design.
Part of it is Jama Jurabaev’s workflow adapted to octane nodes.
I cover a large range of usefull techniques that I use in my work. All of the materials were created on a simple unsubdivided plane.
Included in this tutorial: 3h of Blender Octane Plugin narrated videos (16 Chapters), Various Jpeg Renders, Node system screenshot for every chapter.
Topics Covered: Basic settings, Octane Custom node wrangler, Importing megascans assets and surfaces from Quixel bridge, Scaling shaders within the viewport, Mixing two materials, 3D Assets material integration with various ground materials, Creating a Water mask, Texture displacement , Random texture with object scattering, Octane camera imager settings, Setting multiple cameras, length and aperture, Background image integration in final render, Four types of Fogs, Images as planes for simple FX, Light options : image projection, IES profiles & God rays, Rendering passes.
