The BOMR is in need of a new website. One where everyone can contribute models easily. www.blendermodels.org please come and chip in for the new site.
sounds good… Hey I had a thought about a model collection- kind of inspired by the blendopolis idea- I would like a model repository where you earn credits for submitting items, and then you can use those to “purchase” new models, so that you dont get people leaching objects, without contributing some of their own… may be something to think about… anyway ill see what I can add.
There is another site, http://e2-productions.com/repository/, that also promotes/hosts blender models. Granted there are ads and what-not but perhaps a consolidation is worth considering.
