glitch

i have a problem when i load a ref photo the 3d model keeps glitching like this and i cant know why
as u can see in the photo i attached

Would you mind to post a full screenshot of Blender and maybe some Info about your hardware/OS/Blender version setup? If possible, you could also provide that blendfile. It would help us to help you.

my pc is core i7 with 8gb ram and GPU of 2GB
