Blender rendering help

This is a friend of mine that I scanned using Miraco. Overall, the experience was convenient, the scanning speed was fast, and the accuracy was acceptable. The exported file formats were OBJ, STL, and PLY.

Next, I want to import it into Blender for detailed processing, rendering, and other related operations. I plan to 3D print the final result as a gift for my friend. I am a beginner and have no previous experience with Blender.

Can anyone provide guidance on how to do this? I would be very grateful for any help!

First off, what do you mean by processing, and why would you want to render it if you just want to 3d print it? Why not just take the STL file and put it through the slicer, and if it is paid, how much will you pay?
