Blender Rig Twists in UE5

Hello, so I made a short test animation in Blender, but whenever I import it into UE5 the animation IK hand twists the wrong way. I am too new to upload any attachments so the link below will take you to the video on the UE5 forums. Please help, thanks!

What kind of rotation are you using for the bones? Are you using Quaternions or Euler?
