I think you have done a great job with the texturing and I don’t think the material settings are too far off at all. For me the lighting set up could be improved a little, having the object in an environment with reflections acting upon the materials would help a great deal. Overall though I would say that it is a very good start, stick at it!

modelling seems very good, but yeah, lighting and composition can be better. Easiest to fix: make the shadows softer.
