Fortunately I got my wisdom-teeth pulled out today… 
So not much talking except for this:
- track your camera to an empty
- select both plus an additional mesh that will serve as reference
- make shure your render settings are PAL
- run this script: http://www.heulfritze.de/stuff/Blender2AE_070719.py
- run the created .jsx in AfterEffects
- enjoy
So far PAL only and only one mesh for reference…
go to sleep now
