Fortunately I got my wisdom-teeth pulled out today…
So not much talking except for this:

• track your camera to an empty
• select both plus an additional mesh that will serve as reference
• make shure your render settings are PAL
• run this script: http://www.heulfritze.de/stuff/Blender2AE_070719.py
• run the created .jsx in AfterEffects
• enjoy

So far PAL only and only one mesh for reference…
go to sleep now
