Blender to Zbrush n-gons

“Mesh contains non standard polygons”

How to fix this in blender. Thanks

Edit mode, faces: Select → Select All by Trait → Face by Sides: Numer of Vertoces: 4, Type Greater than.
Inset indidividual ( Key I and I) some value, Ttransform Pivot Point: Individual; Re-Size : to 0. *Mesh → Merge → By Distance * (adjust merge sistance)… All N-gons are triangles now.
