I am new to blender, but i am a veteran for maya. I had customized the
keyboard navigation for maya in blender 2.5. But every time when i
start blender it goes back to default interface. also it shows some error
message in the output window. i had attached the screen shot of the
message. Please help me solving this problem.

Are you using a recent build of blender 2.5 (latest builds from http://www.graphicall.org/builds/). On the splash screen there is an option to select a Maya preset. When you have changed any keyboard shortcuts remember to save them as your default (button at the bottom of user preferences panel) or it won’t show up when you restart.
