A few days ago I downloaded the most recent version of Blender, 3.0.0. Everything works fine however I am unable to precisely move object around by holding down shift. I feel like I looked everywhere on the internet to find someone with the same problem but I didn’t manage to find a single person with the same issue.
Edit: I found a solution. In your Blender Preferences, go to ‘keymap’ then ‘Transform Modal Map’ and press ‘add new’. From the drop down menu select ‘precision mode’. Then press the small arrow to the left next to the checked box. Click the ‘A’ next to ‘press’ and hit whatever key you want to use for the precision mode. Then hit ‘any’ (which should light up) and change ‘press’ to ‘any’.
Now you should be all set to use precision mode again. However I would like to know how to change the speed of the precision mode as its extremely slow.
