i did not check your file,
but this is the screenshot of blender-2.59
and shows the settings for the boolean subtract.

After apply of the modifier you have to move away the sphere …

Hi-test-dr. Sorry your advice dont work

I animate the bullet from frame 1 and drag the bullet to the other side of the cube and animate with frame 250. I press Alt+A and the sphere move through the cube and stop further away from the cube. Then I open up modifier- Bolean - difference select bullet. Still no holes.

you are kidding …! - ?
You really render the hole with the object inside to do the cutout?
If you do this then the object for cutout is still visible and if you move it out of the way, then there is no “difference” for the boolean to cut something of.
You know how to render with the boolean object for cutting but without rendering its shape?
Hint: there is a cam-icon in the datablock-browser to hide object from rendering.

Or do you think the boolean does some kind of history-cutting? Like a wood-shaper?
The boolean subtract only works for the overlapping parts, if there are no overlapping parts, then there is no cutoff. To make a subtract permanent, you have to apply the modifier (= click the “apply-button” in the modifier window), then you can move the cutter away from the cube.

It works, just not in the way you assume it does. What you need to do to get the effect you want is to have an invisible tube with tapered ends do the actual boolean cutting with the “bullet” visible in the scene. have the bullet animation continue through the cube while the cutter object stops in the middle leaving the hole open.

EDIT: Here, like this http://www.pasteall.org/blend/8205

Thanks guys for helping. To use Bolean I needed to manipulate with the lies. I use a circle to hide the hole and animated the circle from frame 110 to 250.

Thanks
